I thought it was very disrespectful to a mom who lost her only child. The staff dressed in shirt and tie and not a suit. Maybe things are different in Ohio but my heart hurt for that Mom. I believe that you should give the family as long as they need to say goodbye. ”

Thankfully, for my father’s passing and service as this mortuary went very well. Ann made everything easy and I was able to plan everything within an hour. They were super accommodating since it turned out that their Chapel was a bit small for the large crowd we were expecting so they were able to transport the remains to the church, pick it up at night, and then transport it again to Rose Hills. Not only were they able to do this for us, but they did not charge us any extra money. Ann’s son, John, is a great kid and I would rate his professionalism a 100%. Every ethnicity has cultural differences and since they know this, they were able to do business with others outside of their ethnic background. Lastly, my father actually used California Mortuary in 2005 for his wife’s memorial, and it’s great to see that they are still going strong. ”
