The Twohig Funeral Home was established in Campbellsport in 1949 when David J. and Roseann Twohig purchased the Berge Funeral Home. Dave had worked for Art Berge for a number of years during which he became a licensed funeral director. In 1959, Dave and Roseann added the present funeral home addition in Campbellsport. In 1973 Robert J. Twohig joined the firm after completing mortuary training in Milwaukee. The Fond du Lac location was added in 1978 with the purchase of the Bidlingmaier Funeral Home. David T. Twohig joined the family business in 1980 after completing mortuary training also in Milwaukee. David has left the business due to personal reasons in 2006.
