“ I watched the owners of Paradise Funeral Home, Barbara A. Washington and Frankie L. Washington, let their dog deteriorate right in their own backyard! I reached out to ask if they needed help - to let the dog off the leash or give it water. They had him outside for more than 10 hours a day and still said no. The worst part is, someone else inside the house ignored his barks and never checked on him. They seemed to want the dog to pass out from heat stroke or exhaustion. Now, the dog is no longer with us. I would NEVER trust a human—especially one who has passed and can't speak for themselves—in their care. ”
