“ This funeral home although affordable is terrible to work with, save your time and money and more importantly your heart!! llost my dad to cancer and they messed his obituary up not once but several times! They messed up his date of birth and date of death multiple times as well as his death certificate! The funeral service itself was probably the only decent thing out of it all.. We ordered our own urns outside of the funeral home dropped them off to them and we got the call that my dad was ready, picked them up, and I can't express how disturbed and furious I am to find that they didn't even give us the ashes! Our urns were empty! The only ashes we received were in a tiny unmarked baggy for necklaces and tell me how exactly are we to know they are his? When we arrived back at the funeral home they couldn’t even confirm they were his & stated that they lost my dad’s ashes and then found them placed in an office, utter DISRESPECT. If anything this funeral home owes us. Edit: making excuses for who you choose to hire to handle things makes you look even worse, no remorse was given by the funeral home director ”
