My Dad, Conrad Bonvini passed at home on 04/24/2019. I live in MA and had traveled to Oregon to take care of him while in hospice. He specified Taylor's so I followed his wishes. When I arrived, alone, to make his arrangements, the lady who sat down with me was so kind and supportive. She took her time with me and offered suggestions. They let me see my Dad one more time which was unexpected and I'm very grateful. She showed me the perfect Urn as he was being cremated and brought back to MA to be interred with my grandparents. I also wanted some prayer cards to give to some of his friends and you were kind enough to print up 25, I believe, which is not usual for what you do. I know it's been awhile since my Dad's passing but I want to thank you for the kindness and support you showed me while I was alone and making sure his final wishes were carried out.
