“ Following up: Ask for Adrienne. She is the superstar. She is professional, she listens, she gives great advice. She's also the funeral director. Changing my rating from one to five stars. ”
“ Sandy Funeral Home-- a guy named Mike-- was a real jerk. Don't work with him. Ask for Adrienne. Since it is the only funeral home in Sandy, I suggest finding another in Gresham or Portland that is nicer. Mike is terrible to work with. ”
“ If you don’t want to get traumatized as you’re dealing with a loss of a loved one, please take your family member elsewhere. Andrea is cold, impulsive, loves to cause chaos, and does not know how to provide customer service, little alone to people who are dealing with a loss. As I was trying to gather information, she became hostile, aggressive, and never allowed me to speak. I asked her if she was frustrated and she smiled as she started to yell. I basically left crying after meeting with her. Again, please take care of your family and go somewhere else. ”
