“ I wouldn't recommend this service provider to anyone. It took over a month to get my loved ones cremains back, and in that time I kept getting told "next week" and then constantly avoided on the phone, no return phone calls etc. when they finally got around to cremating her, I was told I couldn't come pick her up, that I HAD to have the remains mailed to me, which if I knew ahead of time I wouldn't have ever picked this service because I was terrified of her remains being lost in the mail. I was told the delivery was scheduled for my day off of work since a signature was required for release. Of course, this isn't what happened either, and delivery was attempted the next day while I was at work, and my loved one had to sit at the post office for days until I had a day off to collect them. I finally pick them up today, unboxing a loved one is the worse experience, only to find her name spelled incorrectly on the urn. There were so many oversights and such pathetic communication that I'm appalled to think of how my loved one was handled, and left worrying that her final care was undignified. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your loved ones aftercare. The cremation company that handled my DOG was more professional and empathetic. ”
