This is about my dear friend Lanea Fish I have NOTheard back from Neptune since they took her I am the trustee and conservator of her will and have the paperwork to make decisions concerning her disposition! I have called 6 times and am getting the runaround with them I emailed the paperwork to them and NO ONE is getting back to me. Every time I call they say the director will call me back but nothing!! I emailed a girl named Alisha the paperwork she said she would call me the next morning. Never got a phone call from her! This supposed director is supposed to call me back also absolutely nothing!!!! Not impressed by this company!!

I received exemplary service after my father died in 2012 and again when my mother died in May this year. I live in California and my parents lived in Gresham. I had to handle some of this remotely. The person I worked with both times was professional, sympathetic, and made this process easy for me and my family. My parents purchased a contract from Nautilus - not Neptune - but Nautilus pledged to finance up to a portion of the cremation service for my father. The woman at Neptune's office was extremely helpful sorting this out and keeping us apprised of the process. She came in on the weekend to meet with me. When my mother passed away Nautilus said that they could pick up the entire amount at a competing facility in Oregon. I had no faith in the other facility. I elected to go with Neptune again because of my previous experience working with them. Once again, they made this easy for us. I am truly grateful for the professionalism.
