The large brownstone corner building contains the Charles A. Rice Memorial Chapel, which was named after the funeral home's original founder Mr. Charles A. Rice, who started the business in the 1940s. Chapel and family lounge/visitation area can accommodate any size of funeral gathering. Personalized funeral service options include direct cremation, burial with graveside and cremation with memorial services that celebrate lifestyle and memory of a family's loved one according to family customs and traditions.
After Mr. Rice passed away in 1980, the Estep Brothers Funeral Services history began, when brothers Lloyd and Cecil purchased the facility. Mr. Rice had served the community for 35 years with compassion, attention to detail and professionalism, and this tradition continues to this day.
