“ This Funeral Home showed NO empathy for the loss of my brother-in-law. Being from out of town, we followed the direction of his care facility and had his body sent here. We called the next day to find out if his body has arrived. The director's response was "yes, he's here". The next 15 minutes were rough. Rather than being led through the process and giving us options to consider, we had to ask all the questions. The answers were short and direct. Never once did we hear anything resembling empathy for our loss. We didn't even get the standard "sorry for your loss". The day before the service, we decided to swing by in person to ensure everything was ready. We waited 15 minutes in their lobby before anyone even acknowledge we were there. Speaking of the lobby, it also serves as their chapel area. I'm very glad no one came in from the outside during the service (since the front door opens directly to the space we were using! ”
