“ My son has been in a mausoleum since 2005. I have always had access to a ladder with wheels to reach his marble. I went today to hang a wreath and change out his picture and could not find a ladder. I went up to the office to ask that one be put in his mausoleum, like I have many times before. I was told that I could no longer access his marble that maintenance would have to do it after I make an appointment. That is so wrong on so many levels!!! I am his mother and I should be able to touch my sons grave, to clean it, to put things on it!! I was promised that there would always be a ladder available when I made the decision to put him there by my daddy. I said I would bring my own up there and was told I couldn’t do that either. ”
