Herr Funeral Home

“ We have used Herr for ma y years. My brother just passed and I would not recommend. Pricing was significantly higher than first quoted my sister-in-law. The person (Caroline) that answers the phone is rude and when you speak she does not listen to your specific question and speaks over you and will not let you speak. The funeral home is very dated and needs updating. Rebecca told us at the cemetery that she would take pictures of the flowers with the cards for purposes of thank you notes. We were going to go back and do it but Rebecca offered to do and didn’t. When I called to ask her the girl that answered the phone kept telling me they don’t do that and would not let me explain that Rebecca said she would. She just kept speaking over me. When I told her that Herr had been used by our family for years but I thought they were now unprofessional, she hung up on me. When I called back to get her name to write a review and letter, Kevin the General Manager said he heard me yelling at her and he wouldn’t give me her name and hung up. She was speaking over me and wouldn’t listen. Plus, I called and asked to speak to Rebecca, not her. This woman also did this to the grieving widow on at least two occasions when she called to get info on his cremation, etc. Rude, horrible funeral home. ”
