Walter L. Sojka founded this business upon returning from the Korean War. Following his death in 2014, the funeral home was left to Walter's long-time associate and co-director, Edwin Cruz. It was at that time the Walter L. Sojka Funeral Home was renamed to Cruz-Sojka Funeral Home. A tradition of caring and personalized service continues in his name.
