“ This funeral home has been used by my family for years. A year ago we used them for the burial of my sister. The prices in this list show eight thousand Add $25 for my funeral. Which includes embalming. They charged us an extra fee for embalming. We paid over 15,000 for the entire funeral. This included a burial space. We were told if we wanted a viewing it would be extra. We paid for the embalming and assumed we would have a viewing. We understood that there would be no fancy little book for signing and guess are the nice little handouts that come with a normal funeral. However, when we arrived at the funeral home, our viewing was in the chapel. We ask about one of the rooms and were told that they were being used by other families, but never saw anyone going in there. After all the years that we have been so satisfied with our family funerals, this one took the cake. I feel that if we had never said, how much insurance she had to begin with we may have gotten better service. I think that these people are gouging fat people for every penny, they can get I will never use them again. After a review that I submitted, I was contacted by this funeral home. The attitude that I received from them was very condescending and ugly. I have never had such response to a review before in my life. As I said, I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. ”
