They absolutely butchered my Aunt’s funeral. All the money that was paid to them and they couldn’t bother to PROOFREAD the obituary. And the obituary, we weren’t even able to give them out to those paying their respects who need them for work/etc. Their excuse was that they got all the way to the end and the computer magically stopped working and no one could be emailed or bothered to simply print the programs. There was no music of any sort, just an elderly woman singing her favorite hymns and forcing everyone there to participate. I will NOT be taking my mother there despite it being her wishes because I LOVE my mother and we’ll go with PROFESSIONAL before PREFERENCE.
