“ My heart felt thanks for the compassion that you showed to me at my time of grief. I think of you all as family. You were so kind, gentle and sensitive in the preparation of my Eric, my best friend and loving companion of 43 years. I would give you 10 stars if I could! Thank you, you have a wonderful caring staff! Fares, Sabrina, Dave and Laura, thank you from my heart! Sincerely, Michele Lancaster ”
“ No one wants to think about needing to use a funeral home, but it happens. My grandmother passed away recently in Port Orange, FL, but wanted her service to be in St. Pete near where her own mother had died. We did not use this funeral home for cremation, but just as a place to have her memorial. The location was GORGEOUS! The employees were friendly and courteous and showed everyone where they needed to go. They had use of a television for us to hook our computer up to in order to play a slideshow of pictures and music. They had a small playroom for children to play in with lots of toys and even a couch for an adult to sit on to supervise. There was a separate room with coffee, tea, water, and cookies, along with several table and chairs. In the front and back of the home, there were sitting rooms with couches and soft music. The room in which we had the service was perfect. Behind the podium, was a wall made up of glass windows looking out into an atrium with a beautiful fountain and many parakeets and other birds. It was just gorgeous to watch the birds fly around and the sun shine while remembering my grandmother's life. It really made the experience peaceful and calming, and I'll remember it fondly. ”
