Do not use this service! I read their reviews and expected a good experience. They were quite prompt in taking payment. Quite lacking in communication. I called 11 days after my brother's death only to find out cremation had not taken place. Not one phone call or email to tell me of the delay. They were "sorry" about this. Use a local service you can trust to manage things appropriately with respect for your loved one.
