Regency Mortuary is family owned and operated by John Perkes and his father Phil Perkes. We are proud to be one of the few family owned mortuaries that has our own crematory on-site. We strive to be an affordable burial and cremation option.

While I’m glad that many others have had positive experiences with this establishment, my own experience was deeply disappointing.
I requested multiple copies of my late husband's right thumbprint, and at no point during my phone call or email communication was I told that this request could not be fulfilled. It was only when I arrived to pick up his ashes that I was informed, "We are not fingerprint experts." Had I been told this upfront, I could have explored other options, but instead, I was misled into believing my request would be honored.
Additionally, another request was completely mishandled. I specifically asked—both verbally and in writing—for my husband’s long beard to be preserved buy tying it with an elastic and cut above it. Instead, I received a tangled mess sealed in an evidence bag, which was both upsetting, unacceptable, and a giant visual trigger that day of who I love and lost.
While I understand mistakes happen, the level of carelessness I experienced during such a painful time is inexcusable. When working with grieving families, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are essential. Unfortunately, this establishment failed to provide that, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

What can I say. I was TRULY amazed and astonished by the care and respect Regency Mortuary showed my family and I during our difficult time. Never pressured or rushed and even told us even if we didn't accept their services , their prayers and best wishes were with us and hoped we'd find the best services and pricing available. We undoubtedly agreed to their services and they did and OUTSTANDING job on my beloved brother. My brother was beautiful and looked relaxed in his natural state. THANK YOU Regency Mortuary from the bottom of our hearts. God forbid , but if the unfortunate was to occur to a loved one again , I will NEVER look elsewhere. This is our family-like establishment. I HONESTLY and TRULY recommend Regency Mortuary. I promise , to my great community out there , you will not regret your decision. GOD BLESS 🙏
