“ I am heartbroken to write this review. After using Wyman's Cremation and Burial Chapel services for a number of times over the last 20 years, we needed to revisit with them for the loss of my daughter. It did not take long before we discovered they had new ownership. Unfortunately, with new ownership and new staff came horrendous, insensitive, frustrating, and very disappointing customer service especially when working with Ismael Herrera. During a time when we needed their professionalism and compassion, we were give insight to infighting and shortfalls of the inter workings of the staff by Mr. Herrera. This is unforgivable and we will never return! Our word of mouth concerns will continued to be echoed, so that any family needing services of this nature will not be subjected to this unprofessional and disappointing customer service. ”

“ Wyman's has been a family resource for our loved ones for the past 20 years. Unfortunately, we needed their services last month and thought we would get the same supportive, sensitive, compassionate, and professional service. This was not the case! They were absolutely horrible. Ismael Herrera was completely unprofessional, rude, and caused so much chaos during a time when we had just lost our beautiful daughter. He gave us excuses, made us privy to company disagreements and shortfalls which was inappropriate and disgusting. There was no reason to be aware of company issues while we were grieving. We found that the Wyman's we once knew had been acquired by another company. A company that needs to address some disturbing customer service and employee issues. I strongly suggest searching for services elsewhere. This Wyman's does not provide service excellence and anyone who loses a loved one deserves the most caring and personal services during a time of loss. Aurelio ”

“ I did not send my husband to Wyman's, his adult kids did, without my permission. They then held my husband there, against my wishes for 6 months, before I could get an autopsy or cremation. Their inhouse attorney is in FL and not licensed to practice in AZ or registered with the AZ Bar. I was not even treated as the legal spouse! There is not enough room for me to tell you everything about those unimaginable 6 months! If I could give them less, then 1 star I would! Worst nightmare EVER! ”

“ This was my first time having to make funeral arrangements for a loved one. I chose Wyman because of all the excellent reviews I read on another site. Then when sitting down with funeral coordinator and owner, I knew I made the right choice. They took good care of my brother from the moment they picked him up from hospice to the gravesite. We had an open casket viewing before the services and he looked so peaceful and natural, like himself. Wyman's is not like other funeral homes. They understand and emphasize the emotional and financial devastation the unexpected death of a a love one can have and they do everything they can to help relieve and ease the burden. Thank you Erica, Sam, Daniel, and rest of the team! I’m forever grateful! 💛🙏🏽 ”

“ This is not the final score/rating . I don’t have much experience with death but my mother died on Friday. My brother couldnt get here until Saturday. All he wanted to do was see her one more time but they were closed until Monday. He didn’t want to see her after that many days. I felt sorry for him. Are they all closed on weekends? People die on weekends. Not complaining it just struck me as odd.The person that came and picked her up was very nice and very professional. I will return and tell of my experience when all is done. If I can help someone avoid stress then they may do the same for others. We all need to help one another. ”

“ The sad truth is I’ve needed their services more than once. They have done an amazing job the 3 times I have worked with them. I highly recommend and will use again if ever needed. ”
