“ Ritchie & Johnson handled the service for my brother Richard Price who was a United States Air Force Veteran who passed away on June 3rd, 2021. Everything appeared to be properly taken care of until in July, 2022, a relative went to pay respect only to discover that the Veteran Administration Headstone wasn’t on the grave. I immediately notified Ritchie & Johnson only to discover that the headstone hadn’t been ordered. I was assured that it would be ordered and I would be contacted when it arrived. After not hearing from Ritchie & Johnson, I again contacted them in December, 2022 and January, 2023 to check on headstone. Finally on May 29th, 2023, almost two years to the date of my brother’s death, the headstone was placed on his grave. During the two years of calling and checking on headstone, I never received a called from the funeral home without me initiating the contact which is unexceptionable. I might add however that Ritchie & Johnson have handled the arrangement for five (5) other members of my family including my mother and father. All of those were handled satisfactorily. ”
