Dear Richard, We will miss your smile and great sense of humor and we'll especially miss you at BINGO, It was always more fun when you were with us. You will be remembered always. Fare thee well friend. From your long-term friend and long-ago-neighbor, Sonja Paulson Thompsen, and Ellie Paulson new friend and fellow "in-mate" at Milestone. You gave us so much laughter and good times. We will all miss you.

Very unfortunate to have had to deal with this funeral home. The owner Matt was beyond rude and disrespectful, painting a grisly scene of her condition trying to dissuade us from even seeing her that way he didn't have to get his hands dirty. Told us he wouldn't hold any type of private viewing in his 1.5 million dollar facility for her due to her stench which he described as foul. Never bothered to offer any service as far as a simple bath. The report he gave said she was covered in feces which she wasn't, at all. Said he refused to try and dress her and wasn't gonna do much more than zip open the body bag for us to look at her. The tone he took with my sister during their correspondence was entirely uncalled for. It's a shame that this location seems to be a default location where the deceased are sent because I would fear for any other family to be mistreated the way we were.
