“ When I called , the person I talked to seemed busy and rushed, answered few questions rushly, I asked they a pamphlet or something they could mail to me that I could read and look over before making an appointment. I was just told me to go on line and the pre- arrangement could be done on line, and hung up on me. As a senior citizen trying to get this pre-arrangements completed so my family doesn’t have to do this , I had lots of questions. I went on line and not all my questions were answered there Either. I’m confused that that a call for information on such a sensitive issue, was so insignificantly handled. ”
