“ My dad recently passed away, and had purchased a insurance policy that is supposed to cover his burial when he dies. He purchase it through Personal Alternative Funeral services in Kent, Wa. I have been trying to deal with this Melissa at this company for almost 6 weeks, and am not getting anywhere with them as far as his plan, how much is covered, and the amount due the estate. She has re-written the numbers no less than 3 times. I swear she's making them up. She has a terrible attitude, and in fact is rude and condescending. When I called her on it, I was told there is no one else but her to deal with. I specifically requested she mail the death certificates to my home out of state where I was at the time. She did not. She actually gave them to my nephew locally who picked up the ashes. Can't get much paperwork done without them! Causing me an unneeded delay, and more stress. I have written to the main company and received a call from Calvin, who I'm assuming is her superior. He was equally cold and rude, and I didn't make any headway with him either. I have called and emailed multiple times, and have yet to get any response from anyone after I complained. I would like to be done with this worthless company, who couldn't be less compassionate when someone has lost a loved one and is grieving. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. ”
