Dear A Sacred Moment, especially Lindsay and Nova, Thank you so much for your kind work on behalf of my mother. Your efforts to get all the paperwork and my Mom’s ashes ready for our funeral for her were so appreciated. As you know, our far-flung family was together and it meant the world to us to be able to all attend the actual funeral together.

Dear Char & Company, Thank you so much for your kindness and support during our difficult time. The way you handled the details for the Marine Corps honor guard and prayer cards was exceptional. May Good Bless You.

We just wanted to say thank you again for all of your help with planning Joanne’s memorial service and taking care of all the arrangements. Having you to help us took a great weight off of our shoulders and made things a bit easier during such a difficult time. Your kindness and patience will not be forgotten. Thank you so much!

When you shared with us your intention to become a Celebrant, it reinforced our knowledge that you were an exceptionally gifted person beautifully suited to share in the life-altering events of others. You were called on, as fate would have it, to comfort my broken heart and deeply grieving soul. In those dark days that followed, your reassuring presence gave me a peace that I still hold with me today, and know I will continue do so in the many years to come. I'm deeply grateful that Jim's final tribute embodied the respect I think he so deserved. It was evident to all the people who attended the service - from near and far, by friends and family who personally contributed, and by your eloquent and sensitive moderation. Your loving spirit presided over the entire ceremony. I cannot imagine anyone having done a more beautiful job as Celebrant than you, Char.

Having my brother's home funeral of three days of celebration after his passing was a beautiful experience for our whole family. We should all be so fortunate to leave this world with so much love and grace surrounded by the people who truly loved and respected him.

The memorial programs were beautiful and unexpected and the service couldn't have been any better. Char, you did a beautiful job in remembering Carrie's life. The candle lighting meant a lot to me. It was like sending her off to someplace special.

I am extremely grateful that you found Char and we were able to have Daron at home. I think death is more keenly felt by parents when it's their child. I think it's important for families to be able to have their loved one with them as long as possible. I believe having Daron at home and doing all the preparations for her helped with the grieving process. I also enjoyed having her friends come to the apartment. It seemed to work well, being they were all teenagers. They came with their own friends at different times and were able to be together to see Daron.
