“ Unprofessional. Lead you to believe your loved one has been cremated for almost 3 weeks without calling saying there is a delay. Loved ones left memorials online however due to their computer problem “not in their control” they were all deleted and told my widowed sister no one left a memorial They can’t help their computer system wasn’t saving them. Gone forever and can’t retreive them. Then after nearly a month when they finally got the death certificate, they put all the official notarized documents to the life insurance company in the regular mail. Not certified or overnighted. And they don’t care about you. That’s their procedure. Is what I was told. They didn’t treat my sister with any respect. They never apologized or showed her any empathy. Too bad for her was their attitude. ”
