Worst service ever- insane prices and RUDE AS HELL staff. Jim Ortner is the worst I have ever had to deal with in a situation like this. It took 11 phone calls to get to someone that can do a receiving graveside funeral for my mother. The local funeral home that pick my mother up from the center where she died, embalmed her, prepared her body, a viewing, the casket and the transportation from Houston area to Fort Worth was SIGNIFICANTLY less (over a thousand) than what these RIP OFF ARTISTS charged to pick her up from the airport and drive her to the cemetery for a graveside service - not the flowers or anything else. I can't believe the people of Fort Worth are stupid enough to pay these prices and the charges for the staff at over $2595 when they are doing nothing. Absolutely criminal - I will update when we experience what the clowns do on the day of the funeral.
