Sunset Funeral Home - East has a prime location between Interstate 10 and Highway 375. Downtown El Paso, TX is less than 10 miles from the facility, and there are several cemeteries within easy reach, including Evergreen and Mt. Carmel.
The first branch of Sunset Funeral Homes, the East facility, was opened in El Paso in 1989. Since then, the funeral home chain has grown to include four total branches in El Paso. The East facility is housed in a cream-colored building, which is accented by brown stone details and locally inspired landscaping. Ample off-street parking is available to guests.
Founded by Rudy C. Robles and Joe F. Ramos, Sunset Funeral Homes remains a family owned business to this day. Now Rudy Robles, Jr. serves alongside Joe Ramos as the second generation in the business.
All faiths and backgrounds are served at this funeral home. Families have the option to choose from an array of services, including direct cremation, traditional cremation services, burials and permanent memorialization. Funeral services can be planned ahead of time through the company’s website, for convenience.
