Our family has used golden gate twice in the last 5 mos. Staffing was living caring kind an really supportive.
We got to dress our loved one an staff helped with hair an makeup made my sister look fresh young just like she was.
We were able to witness her body going in to be cremated 2days later we got my sister back.
Everything went just as planned we were even given extra viewing time.
Just used golden gate this last week Christina was are planner she did very well she helped as much as she could.
Service was a little faster than the last one but everything went good this will be the second cremation we are helped with.
I do recommend Golden Gate Funeral Home

Direct cremation experience was terrible!! My parent passed away right before Christmas 2020 and I did not get cremains until February 2021. Called numerous times and left messages. I was never called back. Finally had to drive there to find out what was going on.
