I did not know where to send my daughter after she died on April 26th 2012. I found her at 8 am and by that afternoon I had asked the police to send her to a place. I get there and the owner sits me down and my ex wife saw a color of a casket she wanted. I asked him how much. He just had a solemn look and said the price would be $10,000.00. I started crying how can I come up with that much money? He replied " you can pay half down. I was sobbing in my hands " I do not have that kind of money " I said what can I do? He replied that she could be buried in a box if you can't afford it. I went outside to get some air. About that time , my brother drove up and I told him about what was going on. He went inside and in 15 minutes came out and said that he got the funeral for $6000. I said how and he said do not worry, I paid for it. There was a coffin in the back the same color $1000.00 cheaper and we got no church service, just a graveside service. This bastard took advantage of a grieving FATHER to try and scare me into a lot of money and I will put my hand on the bible in a court room to prove I am telling the truth. I never did anything until today I read about donating my body to science and found this site to see how much the average estimated price and saw this rating system. If you are smart , you tell everyone my story of how I was being scammed. I beg you to go anywhere but here so you know that this place feeds off of grief. I say try and ask other places and do not let any one make you decide the same day, get a person to help that can at parting.com and do not be bullied like I was You can send your loved one to somewhere but you can have them moved or match the price BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT MAKE THE DECISION ALONE, GET A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER !!!
