“ I would NEVER send a loved one here to be buried. First, after my father-in-law passed, no one called us to let us know they had picked up his body or what to do next. We tried to call MANY times, but no one ever called us back. We had to go to the funeral home to get any assistance. They had all kinds of excuses why they didn't respond to a phone call. When we had our meeting, they came in with another deceased person's information. They weren't prepared at all. Their communication is the worst! We were worried that they wouldn't have the right body at the funeral. They are there to make this process easier, but they didn't AT ALL. They made it 10X worse. Now, almost 4 months later, we are waiting on death certificates (which we have called about numerous times) and his date of death to be etched into his headstone (which is already there) and they said would be done within about 2 weeks. If I could have chosen ANYWHERE else, I would have, but his wife was already buried there and his funeral was prepaid. Save yourself some grief, and go somewhere else. ”

“ For the last 6+ weeks I have been trying to get the dirt and mud cleaned off of my Mother's grave. I have submitted 3 work orders with no results. I am very disappointed in the service. Seems like all they want is your money then you are a non person. We chose this particular cemetery because it seemed like they cared. Now you cannot see my Mother's name or dates of birth and death. I don't know what else to do. Maybe the media might be interested. ”
