“ I found out that my father passed away and as I live in New York I wasn't able to attend the service. The woman he married left me out of the whole ordeal and I was called to try and locate where he was cremated to handle family business and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and refused to help me. How a person in this particular business could show now compassion whatsoever to a woman who is literally asking for her fathers death certificate is beyond me. She told me she didn't believe I was his daughter and that his new wife's privacy was more important, ( than his own daughter). Thanks for triggering me into an anxiety attack. I would never trust a place like this if I were to choose a place for something as delicate as THE LOSS OF A PARENT!!!!!!! I hope she gets fired. I would post no stars if I could ”
