“ I'm not able to leave another Google review. Go to Google and check my review. I was clearly upset that the funeral home shipped my sons remains to the wrong address. Instead of taking accountability or apologizing, there trying to blame my grief. Yes, I am grieving. That doesn't mean they should avoid accountability and responsibility for a mistake. This wasn't the only mistake. My sons brother also passed away. He's listed in the obituary as a brother but his name is spelled incorrectly. Luckily I was able to reach out to Legacy and they fixed that error. However, the funeral home never did. Please do yourself a favor and don't make one of the hardest times of your life harder by choosing these people. Please check Yelp for proof of what I'm saying. The pictures are posted. ”
