She didn’t mind that she had to explain each detail to me, sometimes more than once, as I tried to understand everything I needed to do in order to plan a service that would be honoring to my husband. She helped me choose the every detail for my husbands service and helped me stay within the budget I had. The death of a spouse is something no one wants to experience but with the help and caring of the people at Chapel Hill I was able to get through one of the most difficult days I’ve ever had to experience. The staff was professional, compassionate and paid attention to even the littlest details of papaws service. They really know how to honor veterans, at his service they arranged the military honors a live bugler and had a flag at half staff when were at his graveside. The whole family gathered in their event center after the service to share a meal and the food provided was delicious! Although I hope we won’t need their services for a long time I know we will return to their facility next time our family is in need! ”
