“ Integrity did the services for everyone that has passed away in our family in my opinion they are the best of the best anywhere they are compassionate caring...their work is impeccable I have seen them do work on people that you would think there in no way could ever be a viewing but there was and they did an amazing job...would never ever use anyone but Integrity ”
“ I am the funeral director that made all the arrangements for this service. We knew of the daughter in California and spoke with her. She gave permission to Mr. Ritchey to make all the decisions and arrangements for this decedent. We have documentation from the daughter doing so. He paid the account and we obtained all the information from Mr. Ritchey per the daughter's permission. I can hardly see where this negative review has any merit. ”
“ As an owner at Integrity, I must say that we can only move forward with the information we are provided at the time of death. We have no way of knowing if someone is being deceitful in their claim of being married or not married. We are not required to research and verify that information. As far as a refusal to amend a death certificate, we have to comply with the process in which the STATE requires verification and we have to send them proof of any change with supporting documentation like a driver's license, social security card, etc. If I remember right the death certificate did get amended as requested once we were able to obtain the documents that the STATE required. I am so sorry for your loss. ”
“ “Integrity” Funeral has no integrity. They allowed my ex-husband, Steven Ritchey, of Henryetta to get a death certificate for my sister claiming to be her husband. Had he married my sister, when she had her stroke he would have been able to make medical decisions on her behalf and even provide accurate information to Integrity for the death certificate. However, instead of giving the hospital my sister’s family information, he told hospital personnel that she had no family. The only way the hospital discovered that my sister had family was when Doc Swinney of Henryetta called the hospital to check on her, then the hospital asked about next of kin and he provided information on my niece. The death certificate has an incorrect date of birth and has no mention of my sister’s son or his children. My sister’s daughter (who resides in California) and proper heir, made repeated requests for a corrected death certificate, but Integrity refused to comply. Once Steve Ritchey obtained the fraudulent legal document he could have used it in multiple ways. You’d think I would be upset with my sister having an affair with my husband, but I’m not. Actually, I feel guilty for bringing such a despicable person into her life, yet very grateful for helping me put an end to a marriage I would have stayed in, regardless of how unhappy I was, because I made that vow. As for me, I wish I hadn’t wasted so many years. ”
