“ I attended a viewing on the evening of 5/3/21 and was appalled by the woman working there. At the end or the viewing, instead of doing the usual announcement done at all funeral homes where they allow you the time to say your goodbyes before closing, this woman simply walked over to the casket and began to lower the deceased and closed the casket in front of everyone. At no moment did she take into consideration the impact that would have on the family. This woman should not be working in that capacity at any funeral home. On a positive note, I must say that the following day, a gentleman by the name of Augustine did an amazing job. He truly made up for what happened the night before. It would be best to have someone like this gentleman at the funeral home at all times. The driver was also very professional, attentive to the family and for that I am grateful. ”
