“ Horrible!! DO not use them. Funeral services went okay, so I give the one star, but overall I do not recommend this business. For starters, fine it was a week later but my husband looked like a whole different person. It was extremely odd. Having them complete the monument part of the contract was extremely stressful and they did not fulfill the full order, so they try to make it so that you lose some of your money. They never installed and kept the money for the two flower pots I paid for after taking almost two years to install the stone. The owner also owns Effie's Monuments and if you look at those reviews you will see the very poor business ethics of the owners. Save yourself additional grief and spend a few more dollars for a place that will complete the services you pay for. You will save yourself from the anguish of having to follow up constantly on something you wish to put to rest. They drag out a process that one never wished to experience in the first place. ”
“ It was a disgrace! It seems that the person inside this funeral home that was working on the deceased, must of been on drugs; because during the whole funeral reception you smelt nothing but bombing fluid coming out of the deceased. It smelled bad. I was able to receive some money back from this incident, but still the damage was made! I rate this place on 1st Avenue on 115th Street a big 0, 0, 0!!! ”
“ This "Funeral Home", is a Joke! The director and staff of this establishment are all manipulators. They claim a certain price and then they end up with a different price. They price gouge people, especially the elderly. This place from the outside looks good, but in the in side "NO GOOD"! my experience with them, I've learned never to judge the book by its cover. You can find better for your loved one's. ”
“ Not all as good as they say it is, needs a lot more to correct. Pricing, it fluctuates, but the service is not at all as they claim to be. Professional, and being very helpful when you need them. I rate this service 1 thu 10 as a 7. Trust me, I've seen and experienced better funeral homes. My statement's are from actual experience and experiencing this funeral at work and in action. It's my duty to be honest to the public. I would pass this Funeral Home and search for another one. Also for the record, some of the attendants working in this Funeral Home are ex-addicts, you can see it all in their faces. This is my opinion, yours truly, Mr. Mike Harris and Miss Harris. ”
