The business is served by two cemeteries within 2 miles, San Jose De Armijo and Santa Clara, and provides easy access to the area’s Interstates - 25 and 40.
Gabaldon Mortuary was founded in 1952, though the funeral home it bought out has been in business for much longer. The mortuary was moved to its present location on Old Coors Drive in 1962 and serves the community from an expansive brown stucco building. An onsite lot provides ample parking for friends and family.
Bert Gabaldon, alongside his wife Mary Lou, purchased this funeral home from the Crollette family. Since its founding, the business has remained owned and operated by the Gabaldon family, with Dorothy and Rick Gabaldon serving as owners now.
Service offerings at this funeral home range from simple - direct cremation - to elaborate - full funeral services. Green and modified eco-friendly burials allow customers to return to the earth with little environmental impact.
