Opened as Aaron-Hodroff and Sons Funeral Home, the business held two other locations before moving to its present location on Franklin Avenue. The Minneapolis Chapel is one of two locations under the Hodroff-Epstein name.
Abe Hodroff founded this funeral service business alongside his two sons and the Aaron Family. The business passed through the Hodroff family for many years before changing hands several times up until 2004. It was in that year that Henry Epstein, a former employee of the Hodroff’s, purchased the facility and renamed it Hodroff-Epstein Memorial Chapel.
