I was particularly pleased with the preparation of my wife, who had suffered for years with a degenerative disease that had affected her appearance. I generally don't agree there is anything "natural" about the appearance of the deceased, but in this case we were able to remember her appearance before this terrible disease took its toll. I appreciate their efforts, in all respects. ”
