The employee David was rather rude, upon informing him that our aunt planned on having words of remembrance at the service. The only thing they needed to do was pull the platform forward. He appeared annoyed & frustrated and it kind of left us feeling a certain way.
The service otherwise went great, and my aunt seemed to be happy. Just thought we would mention it so that the crew could be aware.
