Sampson Chapel of the Acres

“ Yesterday , I attended a very sensitive and tragic wake and funeral at Sampson Chapel at the Acres funeral home. From the time I entered the parking lot until the actual departing from the cemetery, every staff member was there to offer support, open car doors, make sure people were safe during difficult weather conditions . Everything went smoothly and everyone on staff seemed serious and experienced . I was impressed. I have been to many funerals in my life , and at some , most, in the area i find this is not the case. At some funeral homes you never see any staff members. I believe John Sampson , himself , saw the services through from start to finish including being ever present and helpful at the cemetery. I felt everything was done in impeccable taste which is difficult in a situation as this one. Years ago a deal friend of mine passed away tragically and unexpectedly and the service from Sampson was the same. I feel it is rare for service anywhere to be this good in the days and tines presently . I appreciated it so much and also for my friends who were having a difficult time duebto their circumstances.
