“ This company will harass you after the funeral to sell product and services for living family members. They kept calling my elderly parents wanting to make appointments, wanting to go by the house to discuss their own funeral plans and asking them to come in and pick up the death certificate of their loved one. We had to call after four months notifying them to mail the certificate and that we will not be in and to please stop harassing my parents. Extremely unprofessional and would never use their services again. ”
