This place has had my husband's ashes sense July 2023, I paid Augut 3 to have him mailed to me to Nashville TN. It's September 7 and no ashes no refund. This has been the most agonizing experience on top of loosing him I am appalled, heartbroken, and left with emptiness in my heart. God have mercy on this Funeral Director whom has put me and my grieving family through this horrific experience. Very rude and unapologetic , he yelled at me to"GET A LAWYER." I am on a fixed income and am having a very hard time like most people. Beware ...choose wisely of where you go especially at at time when a loved one has gone home. Sadly I have no idea of what will become our loved ones ashes. I am heartbroken.
