Usher Funeral Home, Inc. was incorporated in 1919. The funeral and cremation business is located in a vintage stone building along busy Washington Street. An off-street parking lot is set behind the structure and is accessible from the side street, South Mount. Within the facility, there are two chapels to serve families in their times of need.
The Usher family has owned and operated this funeral home since its founding. Phyllis Usher serves as president of the company and took over the facility with the help of her late husband, William Usher in the 1980s.
