I was very pleased with all the staff members I worked with. Debra Cunningham was extremely helpful and nice. I did not want a traditional "obituary" and had instead written a lengthy life story about my mom. When it turned out to be longer than your site could post, Debbie worked with me to post an edited but still long version. She also stayed after hours to meet me when I was delayed in coming to pick up my pictures and the cremains. I had only wanted a direct cremation and in no way did I feel pressured to purchase additional services, or that I was not a fully appreciated customer. I was treated with respect and kindness.
