“ Beware of this place. I would say they are unethical and unable to deliver on services paid for. My mother passed away on Father’s Day. She had purchased a prepaid cremation and burial plan a few years ago. When my father went in to Accent after her death to ensure this funeral home followed her prepaid plan they first tried to upsell him (days after her death) then tried to tell him that the prepaid contract was not now valid because prices had gone up and he had to come up with a significant amount of extra money if he wanted what she had asked for, they had agreed to and she had already paid - what is the point of a prepaid burial contract??? I highly recommend you not only never purchase a prepaid funeral/burial contract but that you never use this funeral home. It’s October 8th and we still do not have a headstone on my mothers grave even though Accent was paid for the service! ”
