“ Ill give them 1 star and thats because they dressed her nice thats it! This place set my Grandmother and my Aunt up...she made my Grandmother look like a Dead Monkey with Joker lips....her body was soft..she was unrecognizable my Mom didnt even know who her own Mother was and she died from Pneumonia so there was no excuse for her face to look as HORRIBLE and Dark as it did..after 4 years I took a look at her picture and she looked worst than I remembered and I had to do my review I refuse to not let ppl know the traumatic experience that I went thru I wouldnt want anyone to go thru that. Oh and she dont have a freezer to put the bodies in so she uses a fan and a AC unit that sit in the window. When we came the next day after my Grandmother died to bring her her false teeth she had already embalmed without her teeth in her mouth and she knew her personally so she knew she had false teeth. So she closed her mouth without it and she looked like a complete fool her lips stretched from one side of her face to the other. I had Nightmares for 2 months after the funeral...whoever worked on my Grandmother should be ashamed of themselves. I was to embarrassed for ppl to even look at my Grandmother. She looked amazing from the neck down!!! She couldnt work on my Guinea Pig for free!!!! This place should be SHUT DOWNNNNN! RUN RUN RUN...dont come here!!! I have photos to prove it...she looked like Emmit Till dont come here ”
