“ My father had direct cremation. Since he still looked great, we decided on a viewing and service at their facilities. This is when if all when downhill. The staff on duty didn't have a clue how to run the a/v equipment for our slide show. The could only do it if they made it for you (Costly). The guest book had family names and relationships printed wrong, the on-duty staff didn't know how to run the computer program to change it and I finally had him move aside and changed it myself. A casket delivery right before services, luckly it was not ours. The doors leading to the lobby were left open during the service, customers and were very distracting. Fortunately, my husband and I arrived an hour early, living close by allowed us time to run home and grab a laptop to run our slideshow on. We let it run in the lobby, not as nice as on a bigger screen, though. It also allowed us time to fix the misprint in the guestbook all before my mother arrived. Also, services here are higher than other funeral homes in our area. ”
