“ I wouldn't recommend this funeral home at all its uncoordinated my stepson was in a painted like box wasn't nothing there showing that it was even him that we were celebrating his life ,the florist even did loudly on my flower arrangement for him it was just a horrible experience the hearse even left all of his funeral party there was just no coordination at all I never have seen anything like this in my life so I wouldn't advise you to use them for your loved one at all they do a loudly job I just keep seeing my stepson being in a box and feeling he was just thrower away it really is so sad,he would of been better if he was cremated ,it would of been better than being placed in a box that looked like something from an old western movie from back in the day they could of worked more with the family in the decision planning than they did ,they left my stepson in a cooler for a month cause of no life Insurance then thrower him in a box like his life meant nothing ,it really was a poor planning and so sad , so if you really love and want the best for the decease person then please don't waste your time and money at Jones Gallagher Funeral Home ,and the Florist next door cause you will get a poor ,sad outcome ”
