My dad died while vacationing in Florida. His sons live in Colorado and New York. Will Sparks and the Neptune Society were great. They worked with the hospital, the Medical Examiner, UPS and us to get my father's cremated remains and his valuables back to his family. Will communicated very well and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The costs seemed very reasonable and none were hidden or came as a suprise later. I recommend them without hesitation.

My Husband and I are thrilled with the manner in which my mother's death/cremation was handled by the Neptune Society. She passed away one week ago today on Memorial Day in a personalized assisted living home. They contacted the Neptune Society, (1-800-number), and a funeral home was contacted to remove the body. We received a call from Tampa that night to let us know we would be contacted by a Neptune director the next day. We did, and made an appointment to meet that afternoon. All our questions were answered and the information was presented in such a way by Will, who himself is soft spoken and very personable, and he assured us everything would be taken care of: obtaining the death certificates, posting the obituary in 2 news-papers, calling to cancel her social security, calling the cemetery in NY and assuring us that her ashes would be sent to that address, are but a few of the things at Neptune Society that Will did for us. We live in a 55+ old community in N. Fort Myers, FL and have already begun telling our friends of the wonderful experience we had from the Neptune Society.

Incredible experience, I highly recommend this service. I called a toll-free number and received a call back within an hour. Was able to schedule an appointment within two days. Do your homework, you won't find a better price. There are a couple different ways to go, but nothing complicated. In our case, my father-in-law was already at Hospice, and it was an emotional decision. We felt very comfortable and the salesperson was kind and empathetic. When he passed away, we called the toll-free number again (they give you a card to carry in your wallet) and they did the rest. We were contacted by the administrative office for some small details (how many death certificates we needed), and the person there was very kind also. Everyone we talked to had a kind and understanding way of speaking and helped us a lot during the difficult time. So, all in all, it was a very excellent experience and I highly recommend it!
